Hosting

Whenever we design a new web site for a customer, we include domain name registration and and our basic hosting service for one year if the customer so desires. This greatly simplifies the whole process for the customer. For most small businesses, the basic hosting service is more than adequate. We also offer an advance hosting service for those customers who need these additional services.

In order to do an excellent job at hosting, a company needs to provide Internet connection redundancy, emergency power backup and continuous monitoring of systems. There is no way that a small company like ours could compete with that sort of service. Consequently we do not have our own server but contract with other companies for server space to provide hosting for our customers.This gives us the opportunity to use companies who provide us with the reliability that our customers have come to expect.

Elegant Web Design LLC will also provide hosting for customers who already have a web site but would like to transfer it to be managed by our company. The advantage of this for those companies who are located in Siouxland is that you will have a local person who is working with you to ensure that your service is up to your standards. If you are interested in transferring your existing website to us, contact us and we will work with you to do so. The charge for transferring a website is variable depending on the size and type of site.

Basic Hosting

Up to 25 MB of server space for the website and 250 mg of monthly traffic. Email forwarding or POP 3 email address using up to 25 MG of server space.

Cost is $100 per year

Advanced Hosting

Unlimited amounts of website and email server space and monthly traffic. Some plans provide for 24 hour access to a technician.

Cost is variable depending on the amount of server space and traffic, but starts at $200 a year for 150 MG of server space and 750 MB of website traffic per month.
